I never found video classes fun nor motivating, but heard so many good things about Erin’s, I decided to give Sweat a try. Now I am hooked. Erin has the most amazing energy and there is a lot of diversity in her workouts, so I have yet to get bored. The workouts are easy to follow and fun to do!
