Erin Stewart

A fitness expert, food entrepreneur and natural food chef with 15+ years in the fitness and wellness space, Erin spent a decade owning and operating a boutique fitness brand with 26 locations around the globe prior to moving to Austin in 2021. She previously trained as a professional dancer, Pilates and barre instructor in New York City and is continuing to teach others the power of marrying fitness and food through her latest venture, Savor + Sweat. Through both her culinary nutrition and sustainable fitness classes, you can now bring Erin’s positive, insightful, and creative passion into your home.

Trained as a professional dancer, Erin earned a BFA in dance performance and kinesiology, worked with renowned choreographers and spent years performing on stages around the globe. Erin’s background in the movement arts led her to teaching, and after years of experience in Pilates, barre, dance, and fitness classes, Erin became one of New York City’s top celebrity trainers. She then spent a decade co-owning, operating and franchising a wellness brand where she created modalities and training programs helping instructors find their purpose and confidence, leading classes, workshops and lectures around Houston and beyond.

“I started on my culinary journey as a young dancer when I discovered the importance of fueling for peak performance – but I also suffered from intolerances. I thrive when satisfying cravings without deprivation and leaning into listening to my body and eating intuitively… so I enrolled in culinary school.”

Erin is a trained chef and worked under “maverick nutritional theorist” Annemarie Colbin, Ph.D., founder of the Natural Gourmet Institute, as well as in the kitchen of New York City’s famed raw food mecca Pure Food & Wine. Erin also created and operated a nationally distributed cookie and granola line called O’Cookies Wholesome Bites before moving to Houston, where she founded DEFINE foods. Through DEFINE, Erin became widely recognized for her classes, workshops, recipes, and packaged meal delivery service that kept Houston nourished (and asking for seconds!).

With classes ranging from 10 minutes to an hour there is something for everyone, which means you can put in the work and still have time for your busy day. Erin’s light shines so bright and it motivates me to keep coming back for more! My days would not be the same without her and I am so grateful she puts her heart and soul into every workout and recipe! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have done barre classes and cardio for all of my adult life. Years ago, I was lucky enough to take classes at Erin’s Define studios and I always felt incredible after the workouts. Fast forward almost a decade, I’ve got 2 toddlers, a husband with a busy traveling career, and very little time for myself...This app is perfect! .. I’ve been using the 10/15 min sizzles daily, sometimes twice daily. The cardio dance ones are perfect when my kids are awake. Sometimes they join in. The stretches and abs I love for once I’ve just finished bedtime and need a quiet 10 min for me. Thank you, Erin! This is a fabulous resource and exactly what I needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a great combination of fitness and food! Love love the quick workouts (they are booty-kicking and fun!) and all the recipes! My fave so far is the pancakes—a total guilt free pleasure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love the Savor + Sweat product - Erin has done a great job combining nutrition with fitness. She brings energy and provides queuing during workouts so I’m able to maintain proper form while being motivated. It is very helpful to be able to choose a short sizzle, a full body class or a combination using the playlist tool for a custom workout. I also like being able to select classes based on time, equipment, or focus. I always enjoyed Erin’s cooking classes at Define Foods so am enjoying working through the clever recipes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It saves me when I travel for work, and on the days I have limited time, she has intense offerings that motivate me and keep me moving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Erin somehow makes the most difficult workout feel fun and energizing!!! Everyone is smiling even as our glutes are on fire. I would describe her workouts as a high energy, empowering, full body burn!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On days when I have limited time to move because of kids, work and life, I log on and get in a 20, 15 or even a 10 minute workout and I feel great! I’ve enjoyed using Savor + Sweat through two pregnancies and postpartum journeys now. It’s so convenient to be able to fit in a workout where schedules can be so up in the air with little ones. Erin’s energy is so dynamic and her cues are spot on so that you get the most out of your exercises. Plus, our entire family has enjoyed so many of her delicious recipes! There’s something for everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Class was amazing! Erin has such a great energy and she kept me pumped the entire time - even though I was seriously struggling! The moves were fun, challenging (in the right way), and ever-changing so right when I thought I couldn't do anymore, we moved on to something else... I highly recommend and will be attending many more classes in the future. I'm hooked! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great, approachable, sweaty step class! I haven't taken a step class since my 24 hour fitness days circa 2004 so I was a little nervous. Erin broke down all of the moves into digestible sections that were easy and fun to follow. I left covered in sweat and feeling good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Erin Stewart is a model of health and movement. She is full of energy and truly loves everything surrounding fitness. Her background in dance is apparent as she creates classes that are thoughtful, unique and targeted. I love moving with her and learning something new each class through her fun combinations, using specific muscles helping clients to become stronger.
